Process Analyst – Warehouse

Main responsibilities

1. To control and organize the stock of raw materials and consumable materials.
2. To monitor the receipt of bulk raw materials, ensuring process compliance.
3. Coordinate the movement of materials, including supplying the factory and other production areas.
4. Monitor the levels and control the raw material tanks.
5. To work directly in operations, ensuring the proper flow of materials and supporting warehouse routines.
6. To plan, execute, and monitor periodic inventories, ensuring the accuracy of stock levels.
7. To monitor operational activities, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
8. To provide support to operational teams, promoting integration between areas and the efficiency of activities.
9. Perform administrative tasks related to the warehouse, maintaining up-to-date controls, records, and indicators.
10. To propose and implement continuous process improvements, aiming for greater productivity, organization, and operational performance.

Requirements

1. Completed technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields.
2. Intermediate knowledge of Office Package.
3. Experience with ERP systems.
4. Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse or logistics processes in an industrial environment.
5. Analytical, organized profile with a focus on continuous improvement.
